Executive Assistant to CEO and Leadership support

For our joining CEO, we are looking for proactive, fun to work with and professional Executive Assistant.

Primary Responsibilities

• Handle internal communications (proofreading, building content, and ensuring a common language).
• Collect and finalize board materials, participate in the meetings, and ensure correct and timely MOM.
• Build Senior Leadership meeting agendas/mom´s, and manage meeting coordination.
• Facilitate Global Management Forum meetings and Town Hall meetings for all employees.
• Project follow-up on strategic projects for Senior Leadership and the Board.   
• Oversight of the CEO's calendar and scheduling.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed.

 Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience from a similar role within an international setting and preferably a project organization.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• English at a high level (you will be the one the Leadership team turns to for proofreading).
