Experienced CFO - To drive change and global expansion

As a member of top management and reporting to our CEO, you will have the overall financial responsibility of the company. You are expected to contribute with accurate analyses, constructively and proactively challenge management for better decision-making, and ensure timely reporting and follow-up. You will become part of a company with a huge potential for increased profitability and future growth within the renewable industry. 

You will be responsible for an established finance organization, which consists of Finance & Controlling. Your main task is to ensure processes are in place, and that the business management tools throughout the value chain support the needs of the organization as a basis for optimal decision-making at all levels. You are expected to be close to the business, understand the entire value chain and the business-critical focus areas, and contribute to the overall professionalization of the company.

Your responsibilities

• Professional and timely financial reporting to Top Management and Board.
• Define Financial strengths and weaknesses and propose strategic solutions/directions.
• Business reporting, not only limited to financials.
• Responsible for the preparation of budgets, reporting, and forecasting globally.
• Motivate and continuously ensure that the finance team has the right skills and direction to support the company's development.
• Continuous optimization and develop efficient and automated systems and processes.
• Project management of optimizations and improvements.
• Act as a skilled advisor to the CEO and top management team in all areas related to future business opportunities and strategies.
• Cash management and transfer pricing.

Your background

You have a solid track record from a role as a CFO in a technology- or project driven company. Most importantly, you are structured and analytically strong, have a high degree of abstraction, and ability to combine analysis with business strategies. You understand, how data and high-quality reporting/analytics drive business and proactively improve processes and workflows to ensure the best foundation for business decisions. Furthermore, you have exceptional people leadership skills and enjoy the challenge of leading the finance team across regions through a professionalization process.

You have extensive experience with cross-organizational collaboration and a solid understanding of the value chain in a project-oriented company. With your professional knowledge and your ability to think in digital processes, you continuously support improvements and understand, what can be done. You move naturally at all organizational levels and are a team player who contributes to the ENABL global community and recognizes the team's efforts. You have a high natural energy level, which channels into your team and those around you.

You master English at the negotiation level in writing as well as verbally and have experience with ERP and BI systems. You have an economic education at master´s level and keep yourself up to date with changes within your field.
