FEA Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical FEA (Finite Element Analysis) Manager to join our dynamic international Engineering team with managers from, Denmark, Bulgaria and Ukraine. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical analysis, particularly within the wind industry or related renewable energy sectors. As the Mechanical FEA Manager, you will play a crucial role building high performance individuals and teams. 



Lead and manage the mechanical FEA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
Oversee the development and implementation of FEA models to simulate and analyze the mechanical behavior of wind turbine components and systems.
hosting regular employee reviews to help individuals set professional goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and testing, to ensure the integration of FEA results into product development processes.
Identify and resolve design and manufacturing issues through comprehensive analysis and optimization.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in FEA methodologies, software, and industry trends to continually enhance the team's capabilities.
Leads teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes.
Oversees projects and resource allocation.
Create and oversee project budgets .
Communicates technical information to non-technical stakeholders and customers
Assures that processes meet quality and safety compliance guidelines.
 

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical FEA, preferably within the wind energy or renewable energy industry.
Proficiency in FEA software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, structural analysis, and material properties.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to wind energy systems is a plus.
