Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager your responsibilities are:

 

  1. Monthly analysis of the income statement and balance sheet.
  2. Monthly & annual book closures, both as per IGAAP & DK GAAP.
  3. Review of various provisions & Accrued liabilities.
  4. Ensure all tax compliances are strictly followed as per due dates.
  5. Preparation of Annual financial statement as per SCHEDULE VI of companies act.
  6. Preparation of annual budget.
  7. Prepare and project cash flow as per the business need.
  8. Review transfer price arrangements with group finance.
  9. Project creation and monitoring in Dynamics NAV 2016.
  10. Resource creation and controls in Dynamics NAV 2016.
  11. Recognition of revenue & WIP for each project.
  12. Ensure completeness of Purchase Orders from customer for each project with rate verified as per agreement/rate card.
  13. Closely monitor Invoicing against PO with reconciled project hours.
  14. Receivable ageing, follow up with sales for Overdue invoices.
  15. Preparation of a reporting pack that includes various reconciliation controls along with financial statements.
  16. Preparation of Fixed asset schedule.
  17. Review the various balance sheets & P&L schedules and ensure zero or minimum deviation.
  18. Standardization of GL accounts, brings automation and system checks to avoid manual intervention and reduce errors.
  19. Responsible for the timely closure of the statutory audit, tax audit, and transfer pricing audit.
  20. Responsible for group audit programs, both company & management audits.
  21. Capacity utilization of the Indian entity, ensuring the reason for idle capacity is discussed and acted upon.
  22. Develop and consistently maintain various business metrics and financial reports to help management make appropriate, timely decisions.


Desired Profile of the Candidate:

  1. Strong knowledge of Direct Taxes and GST.
  2. Should have (fundamental) knowledge about Secretarial, RBI & FEMA compliances.
  3. Should have experience in Export/Import dealings.
  4. Must have experience in preparing rolling forecasts, variance analysis.
  5. Should have worked in a Matrix Org for at least 3-5 years.
  6. Good working knowledge in Tally & ERP Experience. (Dynamics NAV 2016 – Preferred)

Experience & Qualification:

  1. 10 to 15 years with ICWA or MBA (Finance)
  2. 8 to 10 years with CA
