As our future HR Intern, you can expect a meaningful workday where you contribute, learn, and truly become an integrated part of our team. You will have your own separate areas of responsibility and assist the HR team with relevant administrative and project-related tasks.
You will further:
- Participate in development projects related to pre- on- and offboarding activity.
- Developing onboarding platform
- Support the HR Consultant on the Onboarding Day
- Supporting HR staff in maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Support new initiatives for student collab, trainees, apprenticeships, etc.
- Support our development activities such as Personal Development Dialogue, Engagement Surveys, Onboarding interviews, etc.
- Support aligning HR processes
- Support planning and execution of courses
- Ad hoc admin tasks and projects
Your profile
We imagine you are studying a BA or Master in; HR, Psychology, English, Communication, Marketing, or similar. You are motivated by learning and are therefore not afraid of new tasks where your structured way of working allows you to maintain an overview and meet deadlines.
We also imagine that you are:
- Results-oriented: Structured and delivers the right thing, on time, with quality and accuracy.
- Proactive: Identifies, assesses, and addresses potential issues. Actively promotes continuous improvement.
- Responsive: Commits to keep employees and managers informed of the status of queries, issues, or concerns and follows up through closure.

Application
The internship runs from January 2025 to June 2025, however, we are flexible with the duration and start date. You will have your own office space at our location in Hedensted.
