What you'll be doing:
As our future HR Intern, you can expect a meaningful workday where you contribute, learn, and truly become an integrated part of our team. You will get your own separate areas of responsibility and assist the HR team with relevant administrative and project-related tasks.
Here are examples of the areas where we welcome your contribution:
- Support and develop our onboarding platform
- Support new initiatives for student collab, trainees, apprenticeships, etc.
- Support our development activities such as Personal Development Dialogue, Engagement Surveys, Onboarding interviews, etc.
- Support HR colleagues in maintaining employee records and documentation
- Support aligning and updating HR processes
- Support planning and execution of courses
- Ad hoc admin tasks and projects
What we are looking for:
We imagine you are studying a BA or Master in; HR, Psychology, English, Communication, or similar. You are motivated by learning and are therefore not afraid to take on new tasks where your structured way of working allows you to maintain an overview and meet deadlines.
We also imagine that you are:
- Results-oriented: Structured and delivers on time, with quality and accuracy.
- Proactive: Identifies, assesses, and addresses potential issues. Actively promotes continuous improvement.
- Responsive: Commits to keep employees and managers informed of the status of queries, issues, or concerns and follows up through closure.
- Trustworthy: Establishes a relationship of trust with employees, candidates, managers, and colleagues through openness, adherence to commitments, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Team member: Openly and actively shares knowledge with team members for mutual learning.

You will have your own office space at our location in Hedensted. The internship lasts 3-5 months, depending on the candidate’s availability. The internship begins in August 2025; however, we are flexible with the duration and start date.
