Job description

Join the QHSE team at ENABL in a role with primary focus on ESG / Sustainability. The QHSE team currently consists of 4 dedicated colleagues with diverse professional backgrounds, managed by the QHSE & Sustainability Director. 

At ENABL, ESG is a vital part of our company strategy. We are ambitious about ESG and have created a solid foundation for our continued journey. We have developed a clear target set, we recently implemented an ESG Data Management platform (Position Green), and earlier this year, we proudly achieved the EcoVadis Silver medal. 

In 2024 we will commit to the Science Based Target initiative to underline our commitment to reducing our negative impact on the climate. During the next couple of years we will be intensifying our efforts within both Environmental, Social and Governance, not only to remain compliant, but to enable a sustainable business, to the benefit of people, the planet, and our customers. 

The job:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced QHSE ESG coordinator to join our team. As our new QHSE ESG coordinator you will collaborate with the existing QHSE ESG Specialist on further developing the company ESG road map, assuring regulatory compliance, facilitating target achievement as well as maturing the organization with regards to ESG.

Your main areas of responsibility will include:

  • Preparation of annual ESG report
  • Double Materiality Assessment 
  • GHG accounting via new data mgt. platform (Position Green)
  • Driving a range of ESG workstreams across the organization
  • Improving ESG data availability/validity across the organization 
  • Contribute to maintaining a regulatory overview (e.g. GHG, CSRD/ESRS, CSDDD, CBAM etc.) and supporting the organization on legislative topics 
  • Further developing our GHG target set (e.g. SBTi)
  • Customer ESG/sustainability assessments
  • Facilitate the integration of ESG topics into our existing Integrated Management System (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001) where applicable
  • Educate the organization and drive an understanding and a culture around ESG

Your responsibilities

Your profile:

  • Preferably min. 1-2 years of experience in similar position (or alternative but relevant experience e.g. business analytics, business development, legal disciplines, strategic marketing etc.) 
    Academic background: bachelor’s or master degree
  • Willingness and ability to work “hands-on”
  • Preferably ESG Legislation knowledge (GHG, CSRD/ESRS etc.)
  • Strategic and analytical competencies (structured approach to complex tasks)
  • Ability to read and understand comprehensive legislation
  • Strong communication skills (written/oral) incl. ability to draft reporting content 
  • Solid stakeholder management and project management skills
  • Flair for details (wording and data)
  • Team player but also able to work independently
  • English advanced level (written and oral)
