Do you enjoy engaging with people, and are you a strong networker? Are you precise in your work and work well in diverse teams? Now you have the opportunity to work within a team focusing on QHSE and ESG, where you can expand your professional network and get lots of experience.

The team
As our future QHSE/ESG Intern, you will be joining a team of four inclusive colleagues all assigned to the office in Hedensted. Collaboration and trust are key to our team, where everyone has a voice and open discussions matter. Together, we foster a supportive and inclusive culture where we continuously learn from each other and strive for excellence.

Our current QHSE/ESG Intern says: “I applied to QHSE expecting the Q to be the focus, but the E has been central—especially data analysis and communication—and the internship has grown my interest in the corporate environmental perspective, from compliance to reporting.”
What are we looking for:
We are seeking a curious intern for the Department of QHSE and Sustainability. Most importantly, you should be passionate about quality in projects and/or sustainability.
Our ideal candidate is:
- Studying a BA or Master in humanities, economics, engineering, or other relevant education
- Motivated by learning and not afraid of new tasks
- Driven by the desire to succeed as a team
- Equipped with personal skills such as results-orientated, proactive, responsive, trustworthy, and open-mindedness.
We value diverse backgrounds and encourage candidates who are passionate about the area to apply, even if they do not meet every requirement perfectly!

What you’ll be doing:
You can expect a meaningful workday where you contribute, learn, and truly become an integrated part of our team. You will have your own separate areas of responsibility and assist the team with administrative and project-related tasks. Depending on your area of study and personal interests, we are open for you to come forward with ideas to improvement projects and see them through during your internship.
Here are examples of the areas where we welcome your contribution:
- Assist with the ESG report, including data collection, data review, and data analysis
- Support and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) and related compliance tasks
- Research and interpret environmental legislation and present concise summaries to stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., Procurement, business units) to map product destinations and packaging obligations
- Prepare clear data presentations and communicate complex topics simply and succinctly
- Liaise with international departments on sustainability reporting
- Manage multiple concurrent tasks and longer-running workstreams while maintaining a strong overview
- Contribute to process routines and continuous improvement in ESG and compliance workflows
- Support the team with projects and ad-hoc tasks
Please note that the Internship is unpaid, but ENABL offers a free lunch. Furthermore, ENABL cannot offer support for relocation to Denmark.
