We are expanding our TA team - are you our colleague?
We are looking for an experienced Researcher who, together with competent, fantastic colleagues and hiring managers in Denmark, will work to attract and recruit the right talents for ENABL and for our customers.
Your primary task will be, together with the TA team, to ensure the influx of qualified candidates for our many recruitment tasks. This implies that you attach great importance to analyzing the market based on the specific recruitment task, after which you work actively to contact potential candidates and create relationships with them. You work with several tasks in parallel, and in each assignment you work closely with one of our TA consultants. For the work, a combination of a creative and structured working method is required. You are the expert in the candidate market, which is why you, together with the TA consultant, ensure that we hire the absolute best qualified candidate.
Your role is key in ensuring the best possible candidate pipeline and, through this, the future growth and success of ENABL.

To be successful in the job, it is important that you come with a high drive and a strong commitment. You like to take the lead on the tasks, be solution-oriented and at the same time empathetic and conscientious. You possess a good dose of humor and have a twinkle in your eye. You are skilled at communicating with your surroundings and sell your messages to the candidates. Last but not least, it is important that you are a team player and contribute positively to the team.

- Build a strong pipeline of engaged and relevant candidates
- Creations of job ads
- Screening of candidates
- Participating in career fairs

What are we looking for?
You have experience in the recruitment process, from a similar role, a hiring. Furthermore, you should have some experience from a customer-facing role (internal or external customers). The most important element for your success is that you understand how business-critical your role is and that the speed you deliver at defines whether we can deliver on our goals or not. Furthermore, you should be willing/eager to learn and can continuously develop in the role.
As a person, you thrive in a fast-paced and agile work environment, and you consider yourself an energetic self-starter. You have a structured approach to solving your tasks, and you have a "curious" eye for processes and optimization possibilities.
