ENABL is looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to support sales activities across the organization.

We are seeking an experienced, Sales Coordinator to own the daily execution and quality assurance of the sales and order process. The role is hands-on and operational with a clear mandate to optimize workflows, ensure data quality, and create structure in the collaboration between Sales, Supply Chain, Service, and other operational functions. You will support the Sales organization while acting as the internal guarantor for accuracy, margin awareness, and system discipline across both Equipment and Service - ensuring a clear customer interface, structured handovers, transparent coordination, and end-to-end follow-up.
You will be part of our dedicated sales team, committed to delivering the best customer experience and operating with a strong organizational mindset.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Serve as the point of contact for all sales and spare part orders, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and fast issue resolution.
- Manage and validate sales orders in NAV/ERP, including pricing, discounts, and delivery terms.
- Coordinate handovers between Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure efficient workflows.
- Ensure process compliance, resolve deviations, and drive continuous improvement through standardization and optimization.
- Handle inquiries and escalations professionally, maintaining a high level of service and communication.
- Promote ENABL’s core values: Responsibility, Quality, Persistence, Innovation, and Alliances.
Your profile:
You have experience in order handling, execution, and customer communication, combined with a solid background in sales and order management within ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV. You work in a structured and detail-oriented manner, ensuring high data quality and proactively addressing potential order risks.
You are skilled at stakeholder management and building strong cross-functional relationships to support efficient operations. As a proactive, hands-on, and service-oriented professional, you communicate effectively in English, while Danish is an advantage. Strong Excel skills are required, and experience with master data management and ERP setup is a plus.
