Team Lead, Procurement Operations

At ENABL A/S, we believe that a strong team spirit is essential to our success, even amidst our busy daily operations. As we continue to experience rapid growth and dynamic development, we are looking for an experienced Team Lead with a commercial background to strengthen our Procurement Team.

 

The job:

As a Team Lead, you will be an integral part of our Procurement Team in Hedensted, which currently consists of 13 dedicated colleagues with diverse professional backgrounds in Operations, Strategic Procurement, Supplier Quality and Masterdata. You will be reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, and you will manage 5 direct reports. Additionally, you will oversee your own projects as a Project Buyer.

Your primary focus will be to ensure the timely availability of high-quality goods necessary for successful project completion. You will focus on optimizing costs, mitigating risks, and maintaining strong supplier relationships throughout each project



Your key responsibilities:

  •  Lead and develop the team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Streamline procurement processes to improve efficiency and continuously aim for best practice.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and prices with suppliers to reduce costs without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to develop team objectives.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization.

Your profile:

 

Professional skills:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of responsibility for leading a team and managing projects, ensuring successful outcomes and team cohesion.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English (verbal and written).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with NAV or BC365 is a plus).
  • Systematic and process-oriented approach, ensuring processes are followed and optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of assessing data and making informed decisions to drive procurement success.

Personal Skills:

  • Adaptability and resilience in interacting with various departments, excelling in facing challenges and changing circumstances.
  • Strong business acumen, contributing to informed decision-making and effective procurement processes.
  • Maintain a sense of humor and a positive attitude, contributing to a pleasant and motivating work environment.
  • Proactive and service-oriented mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and support team members.
