Do you want to be key in supporting international talent mobility and ensuring compliance across borders? We seek a skilled and structured Global Mobility Specialist to join our global HR team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping seamless mobility experiences for employees worldwide, contributing to our journey toward One ENABL and supporting the green transition

About the Position

As our new Global Mobility Specialist, you will be a trusted advisor to the global organization on all international assignments and relocation matters. You will ensure that cross-border employment is handled smoothly and fully compliant with local laws and internal policies, creating a positive and compliant experience for employees and managers.

 

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for mobility-related inquiries from employees and managers
  • Ensure compliance with tax, social security, and labor regulations for international assignments
  • Manage end-to-end visa and work permit processes
  • Stay aligned with local legislation in relevant countries
  • Support the development of global mobility policies, guidelines, and templates
  • Coordinate all aspects of global assignments, including immigration, tax, relocation, and logistics
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all mobility activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support talent mobility and employee development initiatives

Trusted and proactive advisor

 

We seek a service-minded and structured mobility professional who can confidently advise employees and stakeholders across our global organization. You understand the complexity of cross-border employment and are skilled at turning it into a streamlined experience.

 

To succeed in this role, you ideally have:

  • A relevant educational background (Bachelor’s degree or higher)
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in global mobility
  • Solid knowledge of visa regulations, tax considerations, and international assignment processes
  • A structured and proactive mindset with a strong focus on compliance and optimization
  • Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English (written and verbal)
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with diverse tasks and stakeholders
  • A service-oriented and collaborative approach combined with the confidence to challenge existing processes constructively

You will contact colleagues and stakeholders across departments and countries daily, so strong interpersonal skills and a global mindset are essential.

As our Global Mobility Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated global HR team of more than 10 colleagues. You will report directly to the Vice President of Global HR and be surrounded by experienced, collaborative professionals who value knowledge sharing and a good laugh.
