CONSENT TO USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:
When applying to a vacancy you provide your consent to use and register your application and your data in our system according to the below guidelines.
WHO SEES YOUR DATA?
Your application and the personal data you enter will be assessed in our HR department, by the hiring manager and other relevant employees in the recruitment team. This is solely to coordinate and assess whether we can offer you a job in ENABL A/S now or in the future. ENABL A/S will handle your personal information in the job application process confidentially and for recruitment purposes only.
We reserve the right to exchange information between departments and legal entities within the ENABL A/S, if relevant.
The personal information may be utilized, gathered, retained, and accessed beyond the borders of your country of residence, and it will be governed by the relevant laws in those jurisdictions as well as the data protection regulations of the European Union.
The Company shall ensure the security of data in order to prevent its alteration, damage, or supply to unauthorized third parties and to ensure that it is used exclusively to manage and follow-up Users' speculative applications or applications for vacant positions.
The Company shall not be liable to the User for the loss or disappearance of data pertaining to the User in the event of a force majeure, or the actions of a third party. ENABL A/S will of course continue to respect the confidentiality of your information, but circumstances may arise when information could be accessed by a third party, e.g. an external IT-supporter of the service provider of our HR system.

STORING YOUR DATA?
Even if you do not qualify for the position you have applied, we will save your application for 12 months with the purpose of matching you to other open jobs, if relevant. Anonymous statistical information will be stored for a longer period of time with the purpose of targeting future HR activities. All data is stored on secure servers in our system. Your data will be stored according to the recipient country’s local legislation.
HOW CAN YOU HAVE YOUR DATA DELETED AND VIEW YOUR DATA?
You will always be able to have your data erased from our files. You have the right to know what information we have registered about you, and you have the right to require any information about you be rectified or deleted. You just need to contact Enabl HR at HR@enabl.dk.
REQUIREMENTS FOR INFORMATION
You have to make sure that the personal data you provide is accurate and complete.
