Your primary work areas
Our HR Legal Intern is responsible for supporting the Global HR Director and Global HR Mobility team with compliant and professional legal templates, and rapid response to mobility requests from our Global Organization.
- Update legal templates in DK and abroad
- Be the go-to person for mobility inquiries
- Be the HR legal subject expert in 1-2 countries and maintain relevant guides
- Support our team members with relevant travel documents/work permits directly or via our external partners
- Work closely with the Mobility team in Hungary to ensure documentation is in place and archived correctly
- Host the “Welcome to Denmark sessions” with new joiners and support them in their onboarding in DK
- Host network activities for current new joiners and alums
- Update Master data and support ad hoc where needed
- Maintain/update onboarding material and guides for the Intern that follows you
Your profile
You are currently studying bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Law, International Business, or similar. You are motivated by learning and are therefore not afraid of new tasks where your structured way of working allows you maintain overview and meet deadlines. You enjoy collaborating with your skilled colleagues but also work independently on your own projects.

Application
The internship runs from August 2024 to December 2024, however, we are flexible with the duration and start date. The workplace will be either Aarhus or Hedensted.
