Your primary work areas
As our future HR Development & Training Intern, you can expect a meaningful workday where you contribute, learn, and truly become an integrated partner in our team. You will have your own separate areas of responsibility and assist the HR team with relevant administrative and project-related tasks. You will further:
- Coordinate training internally and externally
- Support the HR Consultant on the Onboarding Day
- Run our mentorship program and support new initiatives for student collaboration, trainees, apprenticeships, etc.
- Log certificates and ensure we receive them
- Promote learning opportunities in close cooperation with our HR Interns.
- Participate in training material creating and e-learning recordings.
- Support our development activities such as Personal Development Dialogue, Engagement Surveys, etc.
- Ad hoc admin tasks and projects
Your profile
You are currently studying bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Psychology, English, Communication, Marketing, or similar. You are motivated by learning and are therefore not afraid of new tasks where your structured way of working allows you maintain overview and meet deadlines. You enjoy collaborating with your skilled colleagues but also work independently on your own projects. We also imagine that you are:
- Results-oriented: Delivers the right thing, on time, with quality and accuracy
- Proactive: Identifies, assesses, and addresses potential issues. Actively promotes continuous improvement
- Responsive: Commits to keep employees and managers informed of the status of queries, issues, or concerns and follows up through closure

Application
The internship runs from August 2024 to December 2024, however, we are flexible with the duration and start date. The workplace will be either Aarhus or Hedensted.
