The team:
As our future HR TA Intern, you will be joining a team of three inclusive and cake-loving colleagues all assigned the office in Aarhus. The TA team is part of a bigger HR team, working with other areas withing HR. Collaboration and trust are key to our team, where everyone has a voice and open discussions matter. Together, we foster a supportive and inclusive culture where we continuously learn from each other and strive for excellence.
What are we looking for:
We are looking for a curious HR intern for the department of Talent Attraction. Most importantly, you should be passionate about HR, talent attraction, and employer branding.
Our ideal candidate is:
- Studying a BA or Master in: HR, Communication, Psychology, International Business, or other relevant education
- Motivated by learning and not afraid of new tasks
- Team spirit and the desire to succeed as a team
- Personal skills: results-orientated, proactive, responsive, trustworthy, and most importantly a great cake baker😊

What you’ll be doing:
You can expect a meaningful workday where you contribute, learn, and truly become an integrated part of our team. You will have your own separate areas of responsibility and assist the HR team with TA-related administrative and project-related tasks. Here are some of the daily tasks you can look forward to:
- Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Jobindex, career fairs, etc.)
- Plan and coordinate interviews, and track candidate progress.
- Create job ads and review CV database
- Conduct phone screenings and monitor candidates throughout the recruiting progress
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with projects and ad-hoc task
- Maintain/update master data and onboarding materials
- Manage employer branding: social media and participate in career events
Please note that the Internship is unpaid, but ENABL offers a free lunch. Furthermore, ENABL cannot offer support with relocation to Denmark.
