The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team. The role will be supporting the Bulgarian office of Enabl in all administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes, compliance with company policies, and effective communication with both employees and external partners.
Your responsibilities
- Manage all employment documents related to onboarding and offboarding.
- Collect and prepare document packages for new hires and leavers.
- Maintain and update employee folders and records in the local co-working space.
- Support the payroll process by updating information related to benefits in the monthly payroll file.
- Coordinate annual health insurance checks and communicate with external insurance providers.
- Support yearly workplace evaluations and prepare related documentation and reports.
- Create and maintain employee accounts in the HRIS, reflect all updates like salary changes, annexes, and other information.
- Organize and coordinate equipment collection and returns (warehouse and co-working space visits required).
- Handle equipment changes, DHL communication, and logistics with external partners.
- Maintain relationships with co-working spaces and benefit suppliers, ensuring timely confirmations and updates.
- Provide employee support with memos, benefits, conflicts, sick leave, and other employment-related matters.
- Prepare and process travel orders and related documentation.
About you
- Previous experience in HR administration, HR assistant, or a related role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Talentsoft) is a plus.
- Flexibility to occasionally visit the warehouse and co-working spaces.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
