ENABL A/S is seeking a Documentation Specialist and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) Facilitator to join our Documentation & Safety area.
We are looking for a FMEA Facilitator and Documentation Specialist to lead System, Functional, and Process FMEAs across the project lifecycle and ensure high-quality, well-structured technical documentation aligned with adjacent processes. You will drive process mapping, coach teams, and enhance quality, safety, compliance, and delivery with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, QHSE, Service, and external partners.
The Job and Key Responsibilities
As a FMEA Facilitator and Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, facilitating, and documenting effective S-, D-, and P-FMEA workshops across the project lifecycle, carried out in close collaboration with our skilled and competent engineers.
Furthermore your tasks will be to:
- Guide teams in how to identify hazard, failure modes, effects, controls, scoring and recommended actions.
- Ensure clear ownership, due dates, and verification of risk-reduction actions.
- Create and manage standard templates, scoring guidelines, and reusable checklists.
- Educate and coach engineers, project managers, and suppliers in FMEA methodology, tools, and best practices.
- Develop training materials and deliver onboarding and refresher sessions.
- Supporting projects by helping them structure and maintain project documentation.
- Perform periodic FMEA quality audits and maturity reviews.
Your Profile
Ideally you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, an advanced degree or experience with risk management in general is a plus.
You possess deep knowledge of FMEA methodology and strong documentation and information management skills, and you are fully equipped to plan and facilitate workshops across diverse stakeholder groups, from technicians and project managers to leadership and external partners.
Personally, you are highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented. You thrive both in independent work and in cross-department collaboration.
Furthermore you are a strong facilitator and communicator who can challenge constructively. You are analytical, curious, and pragmatic.
You are fluent in Danish and have strong English skills, both verbal and written.
