Business-driven HR focus: Are you the strategic advisor and sparring partner for some of our global business units in various HR-related matters? You will be the focal point in driving and implementing the HR agenda, focusing strongly on leadership, talent development, organizational culture, and employee engagement. Your responsibilities range from designing and executing global and local HR projects to facilitating organizational change and leading successful transformation initiatives.
In addition, your critical tasks will include:
- Ensuring the development and implementation of our organizational design
- Successfully facilitating change projects, including organizational restructuring
- Support the business in implementing new HR tools and processes that support our strategy

Experienced HR Profile with solid communication skills.
We seek a highly experienced HR Business Partner with at least seven years of experience, ideally gained in a global organization. You have a solid academic background, preferably at the master’s level in HR or another relevant field. With expertise across the entire strategic HR spectrum, you have a proven track record of delivering tangible results in an international business environment.
Your clear and straightforward communication style perfectly complements our informal company culture. You effectively engage with senior management and global stakeholders, allowing you to build trust and rapport quickly. Managers frequently seek guidance, and you excel at gaining their trust while promoting meaningful collaboration. Additionally, you are fluent in both written and spoken English.
